S.A. Ibrahim is a seasoned executive with almost 40 years of leadership experience in the fintech sector.
He was most recently the CEO of Radian Group (NYSE: RDN), a credit enhancement company that offers mortgage insurance, financial guaranty insurance for public finance, asset-backed and structured finance transactions, reinsurance and other financial services. During his 12 years at Radian, he led the team through a remarkable turnaround after the 2008 financial downturn that threatened the company’s $150 billion in global credit. In 2015, S.A. was named one of the “10 Best CEOs of Mid-Cap Companies” by ExecRank and TheStreet.
He closed his tenure following the industry-leading company’s most successful year to date in 2016 and was also honored for outstanding senior executive diversity with the Mortgage Bankers’ Association’s Diversity & Inclusion Award. Prior to Radian, S.A. served as CEO of GreenPoint Mortgage through a period of immense growth, taking the company from 500 to more than 5,000 employees and $6B to $60B in volume in only six years.
He also held a range of marketing, sales, financial, risk-management and senior executive positions at major institutions such as General Electric, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, JP Morgan-Chase and American Express after receiving his MBA from The Wharton School at University of Pennsylvania. Currently, S.A. works as an advisor and angel investor focused on socially-responsible technology startups.
As an advocate of diversity, inclusion and interfaith relations, S.A. is active in several educational, religious and policy related non-profit organizations such as the Anti-Defamation League, the Middle East Institute, the Foreign Policy Research Institute, the American-Jewish Committee, and the Muslim-Jewish Council. In 2004, he started the Nina and S.A. Ibrahim Foundation with his wife to promote interfaith relations and religious tolerance through student travel and exchange.
Tom WilkinsPresident & CEO
In addition to his role as Co-founder and CEO of Mortgage Media, Tom Wilkins heads the Executive Roundtable/Thought Leaders' Forum for Mortgage Finance which he co-created in 2006. The Executive Roundtable's mission is to convene a meeting of the industry’s stakeholders at the C-level to explore ways to significantly improve the effectiveness of the industry’s processes, and the aggregation of processes, technology, and controls that underpin the origination and servicing of mortgages.
The Roundtable is held twice a year in April and October in locations on both coasts fitting with the themes of the gathering. Prior to the Roundtable, Mr. Wilkins was a member of the executive team at Dorado, responsible for making Dorado, a pioneer in cloud-based applications for mortgage bankers, the market leader in demand chain solutions for the mortgage industry. While at Dorado, he held several leadership positions over a 13 year period leading to Dorado’s acquisition by CoreLogic. At CoreLogic, Mr. Wilkins was Head of Business Operations for the Mortgage Technology Group. Mr. Wilkins's career also includes more than 13 years in Asia, the Middle East and Europe in various leadership positions.

David H. Stevens CMB, (Dave) is a 35 year veteran of the Mortgage Banking industry. Dave served as the President and CEO of Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA) from 2011-2018, the largest trade association globally for the mortgage finance industry. Prior to this role, Dave served as the US Assistant Secretary of Housing and Federal Housing Commissioner at HUD (US Department of Housing and Urban Development). Dave has served a variety of key industry leadership roles prior to his work in Washington including as President and Chief Operating Officer of the Long & Foster Real Companies, Inc., Executive Vice President of Wholesale Lending at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, and Senior Vice President in charge of Single Family Lending at Freddie Mac. He began his career as a loan officer at World Savings Bank, where, after 16 years he he advanced to the role as Group Senior Vice President, National Manager for the mortgage division. Dave is currently focused on advisory efforts in real estate finance and providing technical and strategic consultation to financial institutions and intermediaries He has been a past member of the Board of Director of MERs and was founder of the Opens Doors Foundation, a 501C3 charity that helps families in need across the nation make their housing payment.
He is dedicated to industry diversity and established the MBA diversity council, it’s diversity conference and supported the development of mPower. He was recognized for his support of Hispanic lending by NAHREP and awarded their Founders Award in 2013.
In 2018 David was named Mortgage Professional Of The Year by National Mortgage Professional Magazine, has been named one of Bloombergs 50 most powerful people in real estate and Inman’s 100 top most influential leaders. David is often cited in the media having appeared on CNBC, PBS, and and Bloomberg TV and quoted in major media. He has testified before the US Senate and House of Representatives multiple times and continues to influence policy makers in Washington.
Dave received his CMB (Certified Mortgage Banker) designation in 2015 and holds a BA in Political Science from the University of Colorado at Boulder, is married to his wife Mary of over 30 years, has four children, a son in law, and grandson.

Eric Souza is a mortgage industry veteran with more than 25 years of creative design and editorial experience. Eric has led the creative efforts for Mortgage Compliance Magazine and Mortgage Women Magazine since their inception, and also was an integral contributor for industry publications The Niche Report and the Mortgage Lender Implode-O-Meter.
He started EC Creative Solutions in 2008, making websites and creative collateral for a variety of companies (mostly financial-industry-related). He founded Delta Leads in 2009, which generated leads for mortgages and debt settlement companies. Prior to this, he worked in marketing for GreenPoint Mortgage in Marin County, CA, where he worked with SA Ibrahim, who was also working with Tom WIlkins and Dorado at the time. GreenPoint experienced tremendous growth during this period, and established itself as one of the top five wholesale lenders in the nation.
Eric and his family are active in the community, volunteering for numerous school, arts, athletics and community groups. He holds a BA in Journalism from Humboldt State University in Arcata, CA, and holds a degree in Digital Imaging Technology from Eastfield College in Dallas, Texas.
